Barley (Conlon variety) is an ancient grain that was the staple for many people for centuries, but has become less available in our modern times. This is unfortunate because barley is more nutritient dense than either wheat or oats. It is also one of the few grains that can be milled into flour or rolled into flakes. Our barley is also sproutable. It can be soaked overnight and eaten as a soft partially sprouted grain, flaked and added to your morning hot cereal, or ground into flour to add additional flavor, texture, and nutrition to your flour.

This is a truly versatile and valuable grain to have.
